Today was the day they would take their first real step forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kamiya:<\/strong> \u201cI\u2019ve refined the list we created last time. Some areas overlapped, so I reorganized them into sections that align better with how we actually work.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A new chart appeared on the wall monitor \u2014 nine areas of work, now grouped into three broader categories.<br>It was the foundation for how Seaside Cloudworks would begin its DX journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Three Teams, One Direction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sakakibara:<\/strong> \u201cI see. So this means each team will identify problems in their own area and start experimenting, right?\u201d<br><strong>Kamiya:<\/strong> \u201cExactly. There\u2019s no rigid framework. Each team can start where they are, testing and improving what makes sense in their day-to-day work.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sound of shuffling papers filled the room.<br>Squera stood on the floor beside the whiteboard, cheerfully rearranging sticky notes to match the new categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shiraishi:<\/strong> \u201cSo how are we dividing the teams?\u201d<br><strong>Kamiya:<\/strong> \u201cI\u2019ve drafted an initial plan. But I\u2019d like each team to choose its own name.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Team Formation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kamiya drew three large rectangles on the whiteboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kamiya:<\/strong> \u201cFirst, the <em>Customer Connection DX Team.<\/em> You\u2019ll handle communication with clients and partners.<br>That\u2019ll be Shiraishi, Moriyama, Mizuno, and Sakakibara \u2014 with Squera joining as support.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mizuno:<\/strong> \u201cSo we\u2019ll be the team that connects with the outside world. I\u2019ve got a few ideas I want to try!\u201d<br><strong>Sakakibara:<\/strong> \u201cPerfect. Let\u2019s also think about how to use data more effectively.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grinning, Squera added a note in the corner of the board:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCustomer Connection = The Power to Connect.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kamiya:<\/strong> \u201cNext, the <em>Creation &amp; Development DX Team.<\/em> Ayase and Honda \u2014 you\u2019ll lead the charge on design, documentation, and automation.<br>Ayase, please help support Honda as she gets up to speed.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ayase:<\/strong> \u201cGot it! I\u2019ve been wanting to try AI-assisted tools anyway.\u201d<br><strong>Honda:<\/strong> \u201cI\u2019ll do my best!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Behind them, Squera gave a little thumbs-up, clearly approving of the energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kamiya:<\/strong> \u201cAnd finally, the <em>Operations DX Team.<\/em> Hayakawa and I will focus on administrative workflows \u2014 finance, HR, and information management.<br>Squera, we\u2019ll need your help with organizing the data.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hayakawa:<\/strong> \u201cUnderstood. Maybe we can start by streamlining expense approvals.\u201d<br><strong>Kamiya:<\/strong> \u201cYes, and we can look into redesigning the request forms while we\u2019re at it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The First Steps Forward<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As discussions began, the atmosphere in the room shifted \u2014 a blend of concentration and excitement.<br>Sticky notes started multiplying on the walls again, this time grouped by project and priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Moriyama:<\/strong> \u201cLooking at all this, it\u2019s clear \u2014 every part of our work connects to one of these teams.\u201d<br><strong>Kamiya:<\/strong> \u201cExactly. It doesn\u2019t matter where we start, as long as we start.
