Moriyama folded his newspaper, while Kamiya twirled a pen in her planner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kamiya:<\/strong> \u201cJumping straight into new systems or AI tools might be risky.\u201d<br><strong>Moriyama:<\/strong> \u201cShouldn\u2019t we first take a closer look at the work we already do every day?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That one comment changed the atmosphere.<br>Everyone began picturing it: the endless emails, meetings, document preparation, customer interactions\u2026<br>Each task on its own seemed ordinary. But together, they consumed a tremendous amount of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ayase:<\/strong> \u201cThen let\u2019s list out all the tasks we actually do in our daily routine.\u201d<br><strong>Honda:<\/strong> \u201cI see\u2026 so that\u2019s the very first step toward DX!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Squella nodded eagerly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the whiteboard, the very first words were written:<br><strong>\u201cTaking Stock of Daily Work.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The black marker ran across the board as the meeting continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shiraishi:<\/strong> \u201cEmail handling definitely takes the most time. Just checking, replying, and managing attachments every single day eats up hours.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The word <em>\u201cEmail\u201d<\/em> was written in large letters. Underneath, Ayase added bullet points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Checking inbox<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Writing replies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizing attachments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ayase:<\/strong> \u201cEach task feels small, but combined, they really add up.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, Moriyama raised his hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Moriyama:<\/strong> \u201cMeetings too.
